The receiver is mailing POC's to all contract holders, vendors, and all other individuals or companies who may be owed money by LML.  You do not need to file a POC with the SDR to receive payment under life or annuity policies from the guaranty association. You may need to file a POC if you have claims not covered by the guaranty association. The claim filing deadline is January 30, 2010
