On November 15, 2010, Judge Paul Wilson in the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri ordered the liquidation of National States Insurance Company.  In states where the company was licensed, the state guaranty associations will act under their respective state laws to provide protection for covered contractual obligations.  Notice of the liquidation and additional information will sent to all known policyholders.  Inquiries, claims, and request for policy services should continue to be directed to the company at the following:
