1. The Board of Directors of the Missouri Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association determined that it was not necessary to make a Class A assessment for 2011. A Class B assessment of $12 million was approved for 2011. Assessment notices are being mailed June 22, 2011.

2. The Board of Directors of the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association  determined at the September 2011 Annual Meeting that no Claims Funding Assessment was needed for 2011.
