1. The Board of Directors of the Missouri Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association determined that
it was not necessary to make a Class A assessment
for 2009. A Class B assessment of $18 million
was approved for 2009.
2. The Board of Directors of the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association
will determine at the September 2009 Annual
Meeting if a Claims Funding Assessment for
2009 is needed.
